For our guild it looks like this
Tuesday - Clear 25man naxx and 25man malygos.
Wednesday - Work on Sartharion with 3 drakes up.(Toughest encounter atm)
Thursday - Raid DPS test followed by 10man Naxx and 10man malygos
Friday - nothing
Saturday - nothing
Sunday - finish up remaining 10mans.(should be done by thursday)
Monday - nothing
So that's 3 nights a week of raiding if we don't wipe like crazy ... again. Then it's back to my druid alt or DK alt if the wife wants to level her shaman.

Haven't started 25 man raids yet, will do after christmas. We normally raid three nights a week, thursday-sunday-tuesday (of which you're expected to attend at least two).
10 man raids are done at other times, it's volontary like heroics. Before the expansion it was quite common to run Karazhan or ZA friday, saturday or monday nights.
It remains to see what pattern will develop once we start the 25 mans.
My Raid schedule goes like this. Guild sets up raid night, missus gets pissed that I want to raid, so I dont. I set up my own raids on Saturdays which are much more laid back and seem to go much better.
Can your guild really clear Naxx 25 in one night?
We're doing 2 wings a night at the moment and going to do Sartharion.
We've not cleared/tried malygos yet..
yes we can clear naxx in 1 night. We already did it twice =) including malygos.
